After completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in 2017, Constance worked at Alfred Health for four years in a demanding and highly competitive role in acute and subacute hospitals. Constance then decided to specialise in stuttering and has greatly enjoyed her years working with people of all ages who stutter, from preschoolers to adults. She has trained in a range of evidence-based treatments for people who stutter.
Constance is a patient, kind and passionate clinician who believes that all people have the right to communicate. Constance finds that the key elements in therapy are building strong relationships with clients, making therapy enjoyable, and critical and flexible thinking. Constance is committed to lifelong learning to improve her own practice and the outcomes for her clients.
Constance is also a researcher, in 2023 she commenced her PhD at the Australian Stuttering Research Centre (ASRC).
She is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and the Victorian Stuttering Interest Group.
Constance consults at the clinic on Thursdays.
